Chicken Shami Kabab:-

Ingredients:

â–ŞChicken………… 1 kg(cut in 4 pcs)

(Murghi)

â–Ş Split bengal gram…………..1/2 kg

(Channa daal)

â–ŞGreen chillies………..4 pcs

(Sabz mirch)

â–ŞSalt……………. 3 tsp or as required

(Namak)

â–ŞRed chilli powder…………..2 tsp

(Pissi lal mirch)

â–ŞWhole spices powder……… 1 tsp

(Garam Masala )

â–ŞGinger………….1 pc (chopped)

(Adrak)

â–ŞOnion……… 1 medium sized

(Pyaz)

â–ŞPotato……….. 1 medium sized

(Alu)

â–ŞChopped Green chillies……….. 4 pcs or required

(Sabz mirch)

â–ŞFresh Coriander ………. 3 tbsp

(Taza dhaniyan)

â–ŞBread crumbs ……….. 2 tbsp

â–ŞEggs …………….2 pcs

(Anda)

Directions:-

▪︎In pot,add split Bengal gram,chicken, potato, onion, green chillies,ginger, salt , red chilli powder, coriander powder, whole spices powder, water, mix well and bring it to boil.

▪︎Cover and cook on low flame for 35 to 45 mins until chicken & daal tender.

▪︎Then separate the cooked chicken and shred it.

▪︎Again add in the pan,mix it and then cook on medium flame until water dries and let it cool down.

▪︎Discard the green chillies.

▪︎In a mixture, add chopped green chillies, fresh coriander and mix it.

▪︎In chopper, add chicken mixture, grind until well combined.

▪︎Add eggs and bread crumbs & combine it well.

▪︎Wet your hands with water,take a mixture and make shami kababs and can be stored up to 1 month in freezer.

▪︎In frying pan,heat oil and fry kababs until golden brown.

▪︎Yummy chicken shami kabab is ready to eat and serve with ketchup.
