Fish Pops:-

Ingredients:

â–ŞBoneless fish……….1 kg(cut in cubes)

â–ŞSalt………1&1/2 tsp

â–ŞBlack pepper…….1 tsp

(Kali mirch)

â–ŞRed chilli powder………1 tsp

(Lal mirch)

â–ŞGinger Garlic paste………..1 tbsp

(Adrak Lehsun paste)

â–ŞLemon juice…….. 4 tbsp

(Limbu ka rus)

â–ŞCarom seeds…………3/4 tsp

(Ajwain)

Coating:-

â–ŞCorn flour…………..3 tbsp

â–ŞPlain flour………1 cup

(Maida)

â–ŞSalt…………1/2 tsp

â–ŞBlack pepper…….1/4 tsp

(Kali mirch)

â–ŞMixed herbs………1 tsp

â–ŞEgg……1

â–ŞMilk…………4 tbsp

Direction:-

▪︎In a bowl, add fish cubes, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste, carom seeds,lemon juice and mix it well.

▪︎Marinate for 1 hour.

Coating:

▪︎In a bowl, add egg, milk and whisk it well.

▪︎In another bowl, add plain flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper, mixed herbs and mix it well.

▪︎Now fish coat in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture and then coat it well in the flour mixture. Make all the fish cubes.

▪︎Deep fry in hot oil at medium flame until golden brown.

▪︎Yummy fish pops is ready to eat and serve with chilli ketchup.
