Tandoori Chicken Toffee:-
Ingredients:
â—ŹDough:-
▪︎Plain flour…………….2 cups
(Maida)
▪︎Oil…………3 tbsp
▪︎Salt……………….1 tsp
▪︎water as required

â–ŞChicken…………500 gms
â–ŞOil………..1 tbsp
â–ŞGinger Garlic paste………..1 tsp
â–ŞRed chilli powder…….1/ 2 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
â–ŞPaprika powder………1/2 tsp
â–ŞSalt……………1/2 tsp
(Namak)
â–ŞCoriander powder……..1/2 tsp
(pissa dhania)
â–ŞTurmeric powder………..1/4 tsp
(haldi)
▪︎Pink salt…………1/4 tsp
(Kala namak)
â–ŞWhole spices powder……………1/2 tsp
(Garam Masala)
▪︎Fenugreek leaves…………1/2 tsp
(Kasuri methi)
â–ŞCumin powder………….1/2 tsp
(Zeera)
â–Şlemon ………… 1 small
â–ŞThick Yogurt…………..2 tbsp
Direction:-
For chicken filling:
▪︎In a bowl, add boneless chicken ,ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, paprika powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pink salt ,whole spices powder, fenugreek leaves,cumin powder ,lemon ,thick yogurt in it , mix it well and cover it & marinate for 1 hour.
▪︎In a frying pan, heat oil, add marinated chicken in it.
▪︎Cook on low to medium flame until chicken tenders and water dries.
Dough recipe:-
▪︎In a bowl,add plain flour ,salt ,oil in it and mix it well until crumbled.
▪︎Gradually add water and knead it well to make hard and smooth dough formed.
▪︎Cover it and rest for 20 mins.
▪︎After that, divide the dough in two equal parts.
▪︎Dust some flour and roll out the dough with the rolling pin.
▪︎Cut the round shapes with the help of any round cutter or glass.
▪︎Stretch the round dough in oval form, put the cooked chicken in it and wrap like a toffee.
▪︎Make approx.50 toffees from this batter.
▪︎Freeze for 15 mins before frying or you can freezed for 3 weeks in a zipped plastic bag.
▪︎Deep fry in medium hot oil on low to medium flame. Keep turning to brown evenly.
