(Pissi lal mirch)
▪Salt……………2 tsp
(Namak)
▪︎Nutmeg powder…………..1 tsp
(Pissi jaifal)
▪︎Mace powder ………………1 tsp
(Pissi javetri)
▪Coriander powder……..1 tsp
(Pissa dhania)
▪Whole spices powder……………1 tsp
(Pissa garam masala)
â–ŞGreen chillies ………… 8 – 10  
(Sabz mirch)
▪Desi ghee……………..2 tbsp

Gravy Recipe :-
â–ŞFrozen gola kabab……16 or  as you required
▪Oil……………..1/4 cup
(Tail)
▪Onion……….2 medium sized
(Pyaz)
▪Grind Tomatoes………4 medium sized
(Pisse hue tamatar)
▪Ginger garlic paste………..1 tbsp
(Lehsan adrak ka paste)
▪Red chilli powder…….1 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪Salt……………1 tsp
(Namak)
▪Coriander powder……..1 tsp
(Pissa dhania)
▪Turmeric powder………..1/4 tsp
(Pissi haldi)
▪Whole spices powder……………1/2 tsp
(Pissa garam masala)
▪Cumin seeds………….1 tsp
(Zeera)
▪ Dried fenugreek leaves………1 tsp
(Kasuri methi)
▪Water……………1 glass or as required
(Pani)
â–ŞFresh coriander as required
(Haza dhania)
â–ŞGreen chillies as required
(Sabz mirch)
â–ŞGinger (Julienne cut) as required

Direction:-
Gola Kabab Recipe :
▪︎In a chopper, add minced chicken , fried onion, garlic cloves ,ginger, red chilli powder ,salt, nutmeg powder, mace powder, coriander powder, whole spices powder, green chillies, desi ghee and chop until well combined.
▪︎Grease your hand with water or oil and make a gola kabab shape.
▪︎Now place the gola kabab in the tray and can be stored in freezer for upto 2 months.

For gravy:
▪︎In a wok, heat oil and add frozen gola kabab & fry until color changes to golden brown & set aside.
▪︎In a same wok, add onion & fry until golden brown & set aside.
▪︎Add grind tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, mix it and cook until oil separates.
▪︎Add fried kabab and mix it.
▪︎Add water, mix it & bring it to boil ,cover it and cook for 15 mins on low flame until kabab tender.
▪︎Add cumin seeds, dried fenugreek leaves, whole spices powder and mix it.
▪︎Garnish with fresh coriander, green chilies and ginger.
▪︎Chicken gola kabab masala is ready to eat with Roti.
