Oil Free Chicken Haleem:-
Ingredients:
▪︎Split bengal gram………..5 tbsp
(Chane ki daal)
▪︎Split orange lentil………..5 tbsp
(Masoor daal )
▪︎Split yellow lentil………5 tbsp
(Moong daal)
▪︎White lentil gram………… 5 tbsp
(Mash daal )
▪︎Barley…………..  5 tbsp
(Jau)
▪︎Garlic cloves………2 pcs
(Lehsun)
▪︎Ginger…………1 pc
(Adrak)
▪︎Chicken boiled & shredded ……….2 cups
(Murghi)
▪︎Chicken stock……..3 cups
(Murghi ki yakhni)
▪︎Salt…………………1 tsp or to taste
(Namak)
▪︎Red chilli powder…………. 1 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch )
▪︎Turmeric powder………..1/2 tsp
(Pissi haldi)
▪︎Coriander powder……….1 tsp
(Pissa dhaniya)
▪︎Black salt……..1/2 tsp
(Kala namak)
▪︎Whole spices powder………1 tsp
(Pissa garam masala)
▪︎Chaat masala………1/2 tsp
▪︎Water……………..1 & 1/2 Liter or as required
(Pani)
▪︎Fresh Coriander as required
(Hara dhania)
▪︎Green chillies as required
(Sabz mirch)
▪︎Lemon as required
(Limu)
▪︎Ginger as required  (Julienne cut)
(Adrak)

Directions:
▪︎In a bowl, add split bengal gram,split orange lentil,white lentil gram,split yellow lentil, barley and add water to clean lentils mixture and soaked for 6 hours or overnight.
▪︎In a pot, Add chicken stock, soaked lentils, ginger, garlic cloves, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black salt
& mix it well.
▪︎Add water & bring it to boil.
▪︎Cover it and cook on low flame for 1 & 1/2 hours until lentils tender.
▪︎Keep stirring in between to avoid lentils (dal) stickness.
▪︎Blend the whole mixture with hand blender or madani.
▪︎Add boiled chicken and mix well & blend it for 1 min.
▪︎Add whole spices powder, chaat & mix it.
▪︎Served with julienne cut ginger, fresh coriander, lemon ,green chillies and hot Naan.
