Mooli Ke Pakoray:-
Ingredients:
▪︎Radish…..……..4 cups (Grated)
(Mooli)
▪︎Radish leaves…..……..1/2 cup (Chopped)
(Mooli ke patte)
▪︎Fresh coriander………….1/2 cup  (Chopped)
(Hara dhania)
▪︎Gram flour……………. 1 & 1/2 cup or as required
(Besan)
▪︎Salt…………..1 & 1/2 tsp or as taste
(Namak)
▪︎Red chilli flakes……….1 tsp
(Kuti lal mirch)
▪︎Coriander seeds……………2 tsp 
(Sabut dhania)
▪︎Turmeric powder………..1/2 tsp
(Pissi haldi)
▪︎Carom seeds ……………1/2 tsp
(Ajwain)
▪︎Green chillies……….2 – 3 (chopped)
(Sabz mirch)

Direction:-
▪︎In a bowl, Add grated radish, radish leaves,  green chillies, fresh coriander, salt, red chilli flakes, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, carom seeds and mix it well.
▪︎Add gram flour & mix until well combined.
▪︎In wok, Pakora deep fry in medium hot oil at medium flame until golden brown.
▪︎Mooli ke pakoray is ready to eat and served with mint chatni.
