White Lobia Handi:-
Ingredients:
▪Black eyed beans/ white lobia……..1/2 kg
(Safaid lobia)
▪Onion…………….2 medium sized
(Pyaz)
▪Tomatoes…………..3 medium sized
(Tamatar)
▪Oil………….3 tbsp
(Tail)
▪Ginger garlic paste………1 tbsp
(Lehsun adrak ka paste)
▪Salt………..2 tsp or as taste
(Namak)
▪Turmeric powder………1/2 tsp
(Pissi haldi)
▪Red chilli powder………1 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪Coriander powder…….1 & 1/2 tsp
(Pissa dhaniya)
▪Whole spices powder ……..1/2 tsp
(Pissa garam masala)
▪Cumin seeds…………..1 tsp
(Zeera)
▪Dried Fenugreek leaves……..1 tsp
(Kasuri methi)
▪Water…………… 2 glass or as required
(Pani)
▪︎Fresh coriander as required
(Hara dhania)
▪Green chillies as required
(Sabz mirch)

Direction:-
▪Firstly soaked black eyed beans (safaid lobia) in water for 2 hours.
▪Heat oil and add onion ,fry until golden brown.
▪︎Now add ginger & garlic paste, and some water,mix it.
▪︎Add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cook until oil separates and tomatoes tender.

▪Now add white lobia and water in it.
▪︎Cover and pressure cook for 15 – 20 mins until lobia cooked.
▪Then add whole spices powder, cumin seeds, dried fenugreek leaves and mix it.
▪︎Garnish with green chillies & fresh coriander.
