Makhani Kali Mirch Chicken Karahi :-
Ingredients:
▪︎Chicken …………1 & 1/2 kg
(Murghi)
▪︎Oil…………..1/2 cup
(Tail)
▪︎Ginger garlic paste………..3 tbsp
(Pissa lehsun adrak)
▪︎Onion………….1 large sized
(Pyaz)
▪︎Grind tomatoes………..10 medium sized
(Pisse huay tamatar)
▪︎Yogurt…………..4 tbsp
(Dahi)
▪︎Cream………….. 4 tbsp
▪︎Salt……………1 tsp or taste
(Namak)
▪︎Turmeric powder………..1/2 tsp
(Pissi haldi)
▪︎Coriander powder…….2 tsp
(Pissa dhania)
▪︎Black pepper……….1 tsp
(Pissi kali mirch)
▪︎Green chillies………….3 – 4
(Sabz mirch)
▪︎Dried fenugreek leaves…………1 tsp
(Kasuri methi)
▪︎Whole spices powder……..1/2 tsp
(Pissa garam masala)
▪︎Butter……….150 gms or as required
(Makhan)
▪︎Ginger as required  (Julienne cut)
(Adrak)
▪︎Fresh coriander  as required
(Hara dhania)

Direction:-
▪︎ In a wok, Add oil and onion & fry until golden brown.
▪︎ Add chicken, ginger garlic paste & fry until golden brown.
▪︎ Add grind tomatoes, green chillies, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder & cook for 12 – 15 mins until oil separates.
▪︎Add yogurt, black pepper & cook for 3 – 5 mins.
▪︎Add cream, whole spices powder, dried fenugreek leaves & cook for 2 – 3 mins.
▪︎Add green chillies, ginger, fresh coriander and mix it.
▪︎Add butter and mix it.
▪︎Makhni kali mirch chicken karahi is ready to eat and served with Naan.
