Aloo Matar Gosht:-
Ingredients:
▪︎Mutton ….……..1 kg
(Bakre ka gosht)
▪︎Potatoes..……..1/2 kg
(Aloo)
▪︎Peas………1 cup
(Matar)
▪︎Oil…………..1/2 cup
(tail)
▪︎Onion……………3 medium sized
(Pyaz)
▪︎Ginger garlic paste……..1 tbsp
(Lehsun adrak ka paste)
▪︎Grind tomatoes………4 medium sized
(Pisse huay tamatar)
▪︎Salt……………1 & 1/2 tsp or as taste
(Namak)
▪︎Red chilli powder…….1 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪︎Coriander powder……..2 tsp
(Pissa dhania)
▪︎Turmeric powder………..1/2 tsp
(haldi)
▪︎Whole spices powder……………1/2 tsp
(Pissa garam Masala)
▪︎Dried fenugreek leaves…………1 tsp
(Kasuri methi)
▪︎Cumin seeds…………1 tsp
(Pissa zeera)
▪︎Water……….3 glass or as required
(Pani)
▪︎Fresh coriander as required
(Taza dhania / Hara dhania)

Direction:-
▪︎ In a pan, add oil and mutton, ginger garlic paste in it and fry until color changes.
▪︎Add onion, grind tomato, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and add 2 glass of water, mix it and bring it to boil.
▪︎Cover it & cook on low flame for 1 hour until mutton 3/4th done( cooked) .
▪︎After that, cook until oil separates.
▪︎Now add potatoes, peas and fry for 2 – 3 mins.
▪︎Then add 3 glass of water ,bring it to boil and cover it & cook for 20 to 25 mins on low flame until mutton & vegetable tender.
▪︎Then add whole spices powder ,green chillies,cumin seeds, dry fenugreek leaves, fresh coriander and mix it.
Serve with roti.
