Black Pepper Mutton Karahi:-
Ingredients:
▪︎Mutton………….1 kg
(Bakre ka gosht)
▪︎Ginger garlic paste……… 1 tbsp
(Lehsun adrak ka paste)
▪︎Tomatoes ……..7 medium sized (cut in half)
(Tamatar)
▪︎Oil……………….1/2 cup
(Tail)
▪︎Salt………………. 1 tsp or as taste
(Namak)
▪︎Crushed black pepper…………..1 tsp
(Kuti kali mirch)
▪︎Green chillies……..3 – 4
(Sabz mirch)
▪︎Yogurt …………..1 cup
(Dahi)
▪︎Water………..3 – 4 cups or as required
(Pani)
▪︎Green chillies as required (julienne cut)
(Sabz mirch)
▪︎Fresh coriander as required
(Hara dhaniyan)
▪︎Ginger (julienne cut)
(Adrak)

Direction:-
▪︎In a wok, add oil, mutton, ginger garlic paste,
salt, water in it and cover it & cook on low to medium flame for 40 – 45 mins until mutton 3/4 th tender.
▪︎Add tomatoes, water in it, Cover it and cook for 10-12 mins on low flame.
▪︎After that, remove the tomato skin.
▪︎Add green chillies and cook until tomatoes soften and oil separates.
▪︎Add yogurt and cook for 5 – 7 mins until oil separates.
▪︎Now add crushed black pepper and mix it.
▪︎Garnish with green chillies, fresh coriander and ginger.
▪︎Restaurant style black pepper mutton karahi is ready to eat and served with Naan.
