Gobhi Qeema :-
Ingredients:
▪︎Mutton mince ……………1 & 1/2  kg
(Qeema)
▪︎Cauliflower …………..2 kg
(Gobhi)
▪︎Oil……………1/2 cup
(Tail)
▪︎Onion……………3 medium sized (Sliced)
(Pyaz)
▪︎Grind tomatoes……………5 medium sized
(Pisse huay tamatar )
▪︎Ginger garlic paste………..1 tbsp
(Pissa lehsun adrak)
▪︎Salt…………..1 & 1/2 tsp or as taste
(Namak)
▪︎Red chilli flakes…….1 & 1/2 tsp
(Kuti lal mirch)
▪︎Coriander powder……..2 tsp
(Pissa dhania)
▪︎Turmeric powder………..1/2 tsp
(Pissi haldi)
▪︎Whole spices powder……………1/2 tsp
(Garam Masala)
▪︎Carom seeds…………1 tsp
(Ajwain)
▪︎Dried fenugreek leaves………1 tsp
(Kasuri methi)
▪︎Water…………..1/4 cup or as required
(Pani)
▪︎Green chillies as required (Julienne cut)
(Sabz mirch)
▪︎Fresh coriander as required
(Taza dhania / Hara dhania)
▪︎Ginger as required (Julienne cut)
(Adrak)

Direction:-
▪︎In a wok, heat oil and add onion and fry until golden brown.
▪︎Add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
▪︎Now add mutton mince (qeema) and fry till color changes.
▪︎Add grind tomatoes, salt, red chilli flakes, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix it well.
▪︎Add water & Cover it & cook on low flame for 10 mins.
▪︎After that, Cook until oil separates.
▪︎Add cauliflower (Dip in water, 2 tbsp of vinegar, rest for 10 mins & then wash it).
And mix it well.
▪︎Add water & Cover it and cook on low flame for 25 – 30 mins until cauliflower tender.
▪︎Add carom seeds, whole spices powder, dried fenugreek leaves and mix it.
▪︎Garnish with green chillies, ginger and fresh coriander.
▪︎Delicious and tempting recipe of “Gobhi Qeema” is ready to eat.
