Murgh Cholay:-
Ingredients:
▪︎Chicken ………..1 kg
(Murghi)
▪︎Chickpeas……..3 cups  (boiled)
(Cholay)
▪︎Oil……….3/4 cup
(Tail)
▪︎Onion……….2 medium sized
(Pyaz)
▪︎Tomatoes ……….. 3 medium sized
(Tamatar)
▪︎Ginger garlic paste……1 tbsp
(Lehsun adrak ka paste)
▪︎Salt………………….1 &1 /2 tsp or as taste
(Namak)
▪︎Turmeric powder……..1/2 tsp
(Pissi haldi)
▪︎Red chilli powder ……….1 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪︎Coriander powder……….2 tsp
(Pissa dhania)
▪︎Whole spices powder ………1 tsp
(Pissa garam masala)
▪︎Cumin seeds……… 1 tsp
(Zeera)
▪︎Dried fenugreek leaves…….1 tsp
(Kasuri methi)
▪︎Water……….1 cup + 1 cup or as required
(Pani)
▪︎Fresh coriander as required
(Hara dhaniyan)
▪︎Green chillies as required 
(Sabz mirch)

Direction:
▪︎In a wok, heat oil and fry onion until golden brown.
▪︎Add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
▪︎Add chicken & fry until golden brown.
▪︎Then add grind tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder in it & cook until oil separates.
▪︎Add water and mix it.
▪︎Cover it and cook for 20 mins on low flame until chicken tender.
▪︎Add boiled chickpeas and mix it.
▪︎Add water ,mix it.
▪︎Bring it to boil, Cover it and cook for 10 mins on low flame.
▪︎Add cumin seeds, dried fenugreek leaves, whole spices powder and mix it.
▪︎Sprinkle fresh coriander, green chillies and serve.
▪︎Murgh Chole is ready to eat.
