Veggie Keema Pasta:-
Ingredients:
▪Spaghetti …………….400 gms
(boiled)
▪Oil ……………. 4 tbsp
(Tail)
▪Chicken mince………..500 gms
(Qeema)
▪Onion………1 medium sized (chopped)
(Pyaz)
▪Grind tomatoes …………5 medium sized
(Tamatar)
▪Ginger garlic paste………….1 tbsp
(Lehsun adrak ka paste)
▪︎Salt…………….1 tsp or as taste
(Namak)
▪︎Black pepper……….1 tsp
(Pissi kali mirch)
▪︎Red chilli flakes………1/2 tsp
(Kuti lal mirch)
▪Soya sauce ………….1 tbsp
▪Chilli sauce…………..2 tbsp
▪︎Vinegar………1 tbsp
(Sirka)
▪︎Ketchup ……….1/2 cup
▪︎Capsicum……………….1 &1/2 cup (Julienne cut)
(Shimla mirch)
▪︎Carrots ………….1 & 1/2 cup (Julienne Cut)
(Gajar)
▪︎Onion…………..1 cup (Julienne cut)
(Pyaz)
▪︎Elbow macaroni ……….2 cups
(Boiled)

Direction:
▪︎Firstly boil the macaroni & spaghetti with salt and oil.
▪︎Then strain it and rinse with cold water and add little bit oil in it to avoid sticking each other, set aside.
▪︎In a wok, add oil and onion & saute it.
▪︎Add ginger garlic paste and mix it.
▪︎Add qeema, fry until color changes.
▪︎Add grind tomatoes, salt, red chilli flakes, black pepper, vinegar and mix it.
▪︎Cook for 10 – 15 mins until oil separate & mince (qeema) tender.
▪︎Add capsicum, carrot and cook for 2 – 3 mins.
▪︎Add boiled macaroni, spaghetti, soya sauce, chilli sauce, ketchup and mix until well combined.
