Chicken Reshmi Handi :-
Ingredients:
▪︎Chicken boneless…………1 kg
(Murghi)
▪︎Oil……..1/4 cup
(Tail)
▪︎Salt………….1 tsp or as taste
(Namak)
▪︎Black Pepper…………..1/2 tsp
(Pissi kali mirch)
▪︎White Pepper powder…………..1/2 tsp
(Safaid mirch)
▪︎Milk……………2 cups or as required
(Doodh)
▪︎Cream…………….200 ml
▪︎Ginger garlic paste…………1 tbsp
(Lehsun adrak ka paste)
▪︎Coriander powder……….1 tsp
(Pissa dhaniya)
▪︎Cumin powder………1 tsp
(Pissa zeera)
▪︎Chicken powder………1 tsp
▪︎Cheddar cheese………..1/2 cup
▪︎Desiccated Coconut ……..3 tbsp
(Pissa kopra)
▪︎Capsicum……….3/4 cup (Julienne cut)
(Shimla mirch)
▪︎Water as required
(Pani)
▪︎Desi ghee………2 – 3 tbsp

Directions:
▪︎In a wok, add oil, chicken, salt & cook well until it changes color.
▪︎Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a few mins.
▪︎Add some water and mix it.
▪︎Add milk, cheddar cheese, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder crushed and cook for 5 – 7 mins.
▪︎Add cream, capsicum & mix it.
▪︎Add white pepper, chicken powder, coconut powder and mix it & cook for 2 – 3 mins
▪︎In the end ,add Desi ghee & let it melt.
▪︎In a serving dish, Add chicken gravy & cheese triangles.
