Quick Chicken Karahi:-
Ingredients:
▪︎Chicken ………..1 kg
(Murghi)
▪︎Oil……….1/2 cup
(Tail)
▪︎Onion……….2 medium sized
(Pyaz)
▪︎Grind tomatoes ……….. 6 medium sized
(Pisse hue Tamatar)
▪︎Ginger garlic paste…….1 tbsp
(Lehsun adrak ka paste)
▪︎Salt………………….1 tsp or as taste
(Namak)
▪︎Turmeric powder……..1/2 tsp
(Pissi haldi)
▪︎Coriander seeds……….1 tbsp
(Sabut dhania)
▪︎Red chilli flakes………..1 tsp
(Kuti lal mirch)
▪︎Whole spices powder ………1/4 tsp
(Pissa garam masala)
▪︎Cumin seeds……… 1 tsp
(Zeera)
▪︎Black pepper……..1/4 tsp
(Pissi kali mirch)
▪︎Dried fenugreek leaves……..1 tsp
(Kasuri methi)
▪︎Fresh coriander as required
(Hara dhaniyan)
▪︎Ginger as required  (Julienne cut)
(Adrak)
▪︎Green chillies as required  (Julienne cut)
(Sabz mirch)

Direction:-
▪︎Add oil and onion & fry until golden brown.
▪︎Add ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fry for 1 mins.
▪︎Add some water and mix it.
▪︎Add chicken and fry until golden brown.
▪︎Add grind tomatoes salt, red chilli flakes, turmeric powder and mix it well.
▪︎Add water, Cover it & cook for 25 mins on low flame until chicken tender.
▪︎Add whole spices powder, black pepper, dried fenugreek leaves and mix it.
▪︎Garnish with green chillies, fresh coriander and ginger.
▪︎Quick chicken karahi is ready to eat and served with Naan.
