Chicken Chilli Fry:-
Ingredients:-
▪︎Chicken……….. 1 kg
(Murghi)
▪︎Vinegar………..1 tbsp
(Sirka)
▪︎Salt……………….1/2 tsp
(Namak)
▪︎Water………1/4 cup
(Pani)
▪︎Garlic powder……..1 tsp
(Lehsan powder)
▪︎Kashmiri red chilli paste………1 tbsp
(Kashmiri lal mirch ka paste)
▪︎Lemon juice……………1 tbsp
(Limu ka rus)
▪︎Coriander seeds…….. 1 tbsp (Crushed)
(Sabut dhania)
▪︎Cumin seeds…..1 tsp
(Zeera)
▪︎Green chilli paste……1 tbsp
(Sabz mirch ka paste)
▪︎Red chilli powder……..1/4 tsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪︎Salt……………….1/2 tsp
(Namak)
▪︎Gram flour……….4 tbsp
(Besan)

Direction:-
▪︎In a pan, Add chicken, vinegar, salt and mix it.
▪︎Add water, cover it & cook on low to medium flame for 20 mins until 70% done.
▪︎Turn off the flame & let it cool down.
▪︎In another bowl, garlic powder, kashmiri red chilli paste, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, green chilli paste,red chilli powder, lemon juice, salt, gram flour, add some water and mix it well to make a paste.
▪︎Add paste in the chicken and combine it well.
▪︎In a wok, add chicken pieces and deep fry on medium flame for 5 – 7 mins until golden brown.
▪︎Chicken chilli fry is ready to eat and served with ketchup.
