Mutton Raan Roast Without Oven:-
Ingredients:-
▪︎Mutton leg…………3 kg
(Bakre ki raan)
▪︎Meat tenderizer ……….3 tsp
(Gosht gilane ka powder)
▪︎Yogurt……………1/2 cup
(Dahi)
▪︎Ketchup………..4 tbsp
▪︎Red chilli powder…….1 tbsp
(Pissi lal mirch)
▪︎Red chilli flakes ………..1 tbsp
(Kuti lal mirch)
▪︎Salt……………1 tbsp or as taste
(Namak)
▪︎Coriander powder……..2 tbsp
(Pissa dhania)
▪︎Cumin powder……..1 tsp
(Pissa zeera)
▪︎Turmeric powder………..1 tsp
(Pissi haldi)
▪︎Garlic powder……….1 tbsp
(Lehsan powder)
▪︎Ginger powder………..1 tbsp
(Adrak powder/ Sond)
▪︎Black pepper……..1 tsp
(Pissi kali mirch)
▪︎Whole spices powder……………1 tsp
(Pissa garam masala)
▪︎Vinegar …………….4 tbsp
(Sirka)
▪︎Cinnamon sticks……2
(Dar chini)
▪︎Cloves………………..5
(Laung)
▪︎Black cardamom pods ………..3
(Bari elaichi)
▪︎Water………..2 cups or as required
(Pani)

Direction:-
▪︎Add deep cuts on mutton leg (Raan).
▪︎Boil the mutton legs in water for 15 mins and after that discard the water.
▪︎ In mutton leg ,add yogurt, ketchup, ginger powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, turmeric powder, whole spices powder, coriander powder, papaya powder, cumin powder, vinegar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, black cardamom pods & coat it well properly.
▪︎Marinate for 2 – 3 hours.
▪︎In a wok, place mutton leg and pour all the remaining yogurt mixture and water.
▪︎Cover it & cook on high flame for 5 mins.
▪︎Then turn the flame to low & cook for 1 hour.
▪︎After that, change the sides.
▪︎Again cover it & cook on low flame for 2 hours or until mutton fully tender.
▪︎Take out the cooked mutton legs (Check with knife, it’s done or not).
▪︎Mutton raan roast is ready to eat.
