Aam Ka Murabba
Ingredients:
▪︎Raw mangoes………….. 1/2 kg
(Keri)
▪︎Water………….. 3 Cups
(Pani)
▪︎Sugar……….2 cups
(Cheeni)
▪︎Lemon juice………. 1 tbsp
(Limu ka rus)
▪︎ Cinnamon sticks………. 2
(Dar chini)
▪︎Green cardamom……….3
(Hari elaichi )
▪︎ Saffron strands………1/4 tsp
(Zafran)

Directions:
▪︎Peel raw mangoes with the help of peeler then cut into wedges or cubes.

▪︎In a wok,add raw mango slices and water,bring it to boil and boil for 10 – 12 mins until 3/4th done.then strain. (You can use this water for keri juice, just add sugar, ice cubes and mix it, drink)
▪︎On boiled raw mangoes,add sugar and lemon juice and cook until sugar melts.Keep stirring in between until sugar melts.
▪︎Add cinnamon sticks, green cardamom and saffron strands,mix well,cover and cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes until sugar syrup is one string consistency thick.
▪︎Let it cool.
▪︎Can be stored in dry & clean jar for up to 1 month in the refrigerator.
