Aloo bukhara sharbat:-
Ingredients:
▪︎Plum……………..400 gms
(Aloo bukhara)
▪︎Water…………….3 glass
▪︎Sugar…………7 tbsp
▪︎Pink salt…………1/4 tsp
(Kala namak)
▪︎Mint………………1 tbsp
(Podina)
▪︎Cumin Powder……….1/4 tsp
(Pissa zeera)

Direction:-
▪︎In a pan, add plum, water and boil it.
▪︎Then add sugar, cook for 10 to 15 mins on medium flame and keep mashing it.
▪︎After that, add pink salt, cumin powder, mint in it and cook for 2 mins.
▪︎Cool down it and strain it well, keep squeezing the remaing mixture until all drain out well.
▪︎In glass, add ice cubes and plum juice (aloo bukhara sharbat ) in it.
▪︎Refreshing Aloo bukhara ka sharbat is ready to drink and served chilled.
